稲を搗いて荒れたわたしの手を、今夜も若殿様が手に取って嘆くことだろうか。(女奴隷の歌)
I wonder he, the young lord, would lament,
Taking my hands gotten rough, threshing rice, tonight.

稲をついて荒れたわたしの手を、若い殿様が手を取って泣いてくれる。切ない恋の歌だ。
The young lord takes my hands, which are rough from pounding rice, and weeps. It’s a sad love song.
